Morgan has over 25 years’ international M&A and Private Equity experience spanning lead advisory, due diligence, banking and in-house as a CFO. Morgan qualified as a chartered accountant with Arthur Andersen and following many years advising on and executing deals at NatWest and KPMG, he joined Dimensions Clothing, the UK’s leading supplier of uniforms and workwear, as CFO. At Dimensions, he oversaw significant international growth and led numerous acquisitions and strategic projects, most recently the £50m MBO, supported by LDC in 2019. Other career highlights include the £44m HBOS backed MBO of Sunseeker Yachts, the £49m sale of Nationwide Autocentres to Phoenix Equity Partners, the £32m sale of Brownhills Motorhomes to NBGI Private Equity and the cross-border sale of Centrepoint Insurance Services to US based Assurant.

James McBain Allan

James graduated from Loughborough University before qualifying as a chartered accountant, subsequently specialising in Corporate Finance. He has over 10 years experience of advising clients in the mid-market and career highlights include the cross-border sale of Camfaud Pumps for £50m, the £50m disposal of Davies Veterinary Group to Mars and the £30m private equity investment into Virgin Experience Days.

He specialises in the software and technology sector. Career highlights include the recent sale of Virtual Recall Limited to Zoetis Group (USA), the sale of £7m EBITDA OrderWise Software Group to Forterro backed by Partners Group and Battery Ventures and the sale of My School Portal to the Access Group.

Mohamed Karim

Mohamed Karim is a Chartered Accountant with 12 years of professional experience. Most recently, he spent 7 years at KPMG’s mid-market M&A team, following his tenure at Grant Thornton where he worked in both the audit team and transaction services team (financial due diligence). Mohamed has extensive expertise in M&A transactions, working with both strategic buyers and private equity, including cross-border deals. Recent deals include the sale of Revolt (a leading ESG Consultancy) to Carlyle-backed strategic, Anthesis; Huntingdon-based Goodfellow’s sale to US Private Equity House, Battery Ventures; and Go Ape USA’s sale to Sun Capital Partners. Outside of his professional life, Mohamed enjoys spending time with his children, travelling the world, and is an avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club.

Sam Reynolds

Sam qualified as a chartered ACA accountant before specialising in Corporate Finance. During his career he has worked across a diverse client base ranging from early-stage businesses to large corporates with a turnover in excess of £750m, but his specialism lies in owner-managed business and SMEs with an Enterprise Value between £5m and £50m. He has experience across a range of transactions including sales mandates, MBOs, exit strategy reviews and business valuations. Recent deals Sam has worked on include the sale of Eagle Automation Systems to Stockholm headquartered technology group Sdiptech and Food Lifecycle Management software provider, Point 74 on its investment from FPE.

Jacob Pattison

Jacob is an experienced Corporate Finance professional having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PwC. Most recently, he has specialised in the Technology and Telecoms sector at Knight Corporate Finance, where he worked on a variety of transactions with enterprise values ranging from £5 million to over £30 million. His expertise lies in working with owner-managed businesses, guiding them through successful exits. Some of his notable transactions include the sale of BSAS Telecoms to SCG Connected, the sale of Daly Systems to LDC backed Onecom and the sale of Enable X to listed Gamma PLC.

Sophie Robotham

After graduating from Newcastle University with a law degree she then spent several years at a financial PR agency before joining global asset manager Fidelity International where she spent eight years in their Discretionary Sales team.

She comes from an entrepreneurial background and understands what makes SMEs tick and the unique challenges they face having seen this first hand at the business her family founded and run across multiple generations.

During his career, Cameron has worked across a broad range of clients, from startups to large corporates generating more than £1bn in turnover. He specialises in working with owner-managed businesses, with experience advising on sale mandates, MBOs and business valuations. Recent deals Cameron has worked on include advising Food Lifecycle Management software provider, Point 74 on its investment from FPE, the sale of Shoreside Law to Keoghs LLP (part of Davies Group) and the sale of Qmx Laboratories to Calibre Scientific.

Bikram Randhawa

Bikram is a Chartered Accountant with market leading experience in capital markets, due diligence and value creation, through his experience at PwC. During his career he has been responsible for delivering complex, high profile and key strategic projects for businesses, including IPOs, M&A (both buy and sell side), divestitures and reorganisations, both domestic and cross border. He has worked across a variety of different sectors and in organisations of varying size from large FTSE100 institutions to early-stage organisations.
Bikram has worked on several key notable projects, including Vistry Group’s £1.27bn acquisition of Countryside Partnerships, Wheels Up acquisition of Air Partner plc, Draper Esprit plc move up to LSE main market and the EasyJet Plc purchase rights for Airbus fleet deal.
