Bishopsgate advised Foundation Investment Partners on the carve out of Strictly Education from Bond International Software.

Headquartered in Milton Keynes, Strictly Education Ltd provides outsourced services including payroll and HR services to over 1,000 schools and academies in the UK. It was owned by AIM listed Bond International Software plc who decided to sell the company following a strategic review of the group.

Foundation Investment Partners backed the Strictly Education Limited management team in their MBO by acquiring the company via the newly formed Education Services Solutions Ltd.
