Tom is a Chartered Accountant.  He qualified with KPMG and spent several years with KPMG Corporate Finance.  Tom has extensive corporate finance experience with particular focus on corporate disposals, acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs. He has been lead adviser on over 50 transactions.
