• Bishopsgate Corporate Finance advised the shareholders on the sale of Wisbech based East Anglian Finance Ltd to the Icelandic based, Kaupthing Bank .
• Our role was to liaise with a number of interested parties and negotiate the agreement with Kaupthing Bank .
• We helped the management prepare a detailed Information Memorandum including detailed financial forecasts.
• East Anglian Finance Ltd is an asset finance business principally providing hire purchase on cars and commercial vehicles .
